What's the point of that? All you get out of painted CF is a trunk/hatch & hood that wave at you when you walk past because its all rippley.
OEM. CF hatch is a waste of $400. You can't tailgate on it either like the OEM one. ALWAYS have an OEM hood. Fits best, isn't that much heavier, doesn't deteriorate under UV light as bad, and if you ever want to sell the car or the hood, you have the original one with the original color.

It wouldn't be 'rippley' its obviously got a gel coat on the outside of the fiber. Does your carbon fiber hood feel rippley when you touch it? No.
I think it looks nice how it is.
