Replacing rear quarter window trim on an Integra...
A local technical college is painting my 95 Integra GSR. I am replacing some worn outer trim and replacing the front and rear bumpers with 98 and up bumpers. But the rear quarter window trim looks awful. According to the service manual you have to cut through the adhesive from inside the car to remove the quarter window. Then Honda only sells the window/trim as a unit for about $130 on one of the wholesale acura parts sites. Ouch. Are there any other options since I can't seem to cut through that adhesive anyway and my window is intact (for now)?
Thanks!
Chris

x2 its an encapsulated glass meaning the weather stripping/molding is actually apart of the window itself, you cannot replace one with out the other
