This is the first oil change for my motor i was wondering if anyone knew what filters
fit on a 99 f20b would it be the same as a 22 since there pretty much the same motor??

 

Is there a filter on it now? If there is see if you can take a look and see the part number on the filter.

all the same. all interchange.

ok maybe one exception, if you grabbed a filter for a late 80's acura legend or a 84-87 civic, it may not work.

POH, PLM, PR3... these should all fit (these are the middle three digits of the honda part number)
