front end still high after lowing it
alright so i put Eibach Sportlines on my 05 rsx last week the back sits good and low like i want it to but the front still has that 1.5 to 2 fingure gap could i of done somthing wrong any suggestions.
Did you put aftermarket struts on with the lowring springs? Sometimes springs will just sit lower in the back on a Honda. Though I wouldn't expect that from eibach.
i just used the stock struts and used the eibach springs on those i dont know if it might just be that they need to settel but i dont think they would be that high even if they did need to

You put them on stock shocks, which are probably already worn out. This certainly won't help your sagging problem in the rear, nor will it help the way the car handles.
I suggest that you spend a few $$ and do the suspension correctly and get some new aftermarket shocks.
Aftermarket lowering springs on worn out stock shocks, especially the RSX/EP3, is trouble waiting to happen.

I bought Koni Yellows and had the same prob. The back sags a bit. Its noticable but not too bad. Ive had them for about 6-7 months and they havent settled alot yet. I dunno what to do either do I need to buy new front springs that are lower or what.
yeah i cut the bump stops and who gives a **** if i used stock struts or not its not going to make that big of a difference im sorry i dont have $1000 to spend on my car to buy struts and springs and plus mommy and daddy dont buy all my stuff so

You came in here asking for advice. Fact is, if you have worn, stock, struts and lower your car, it may cause it to sag or run like ****. I don't think mommy and daddy buy too many of us our cars or parts for them. I mean I'm here paying for school by myself. My parents offer me alot of support, but I would never except a dime from them(except for birthday's and Christmas
) because they have their own life and bills and work hard for their money. I think that goes for most, not all, of us here.

yeah same here im paying for college and all my bills so thats y im not trying to spend 1000 on springs and sturts ik alot of people that used their stock struts and havnt had a problem the reason y i asked about the front is because my friend has the same set up on his 07 si and his rear has pretty much the same amount of drop but my front still has the 1-2 fingure gap i appresiate all the help every one has been giving!!

Nobody said to go out and spend a grand on shocks/springs. You could have gotten a nice (even adjustable dampening) setup for ~$750. If you can't afford to mod right, you picked the wrong car. And yes, it is going to make that big of a difference when you're driving down the road in a couple months and it is bouncy like slammed 95 Eclipse. Bouncy rides are a laughing stock in my mind. It's completely contradictory lowering a car on stock struts.

ok still even if my car is the "laughing stock" that still doesnt explain why OTHER people with the same set up dont have a problem i do and wait a second they have been running this set up for a couple of years and havnt had a problem
