here's the deal my friend has a 94lude type s(manual) and he spun a bearing and he is goin to swap a h23a1 longblock that he got from a 93 lude type si (automatic) .. will this be a plug-n-play he wont need to wire anything else or what?? will the f22 tranny be a direct bolt on to that h23a1 becuase he wants to keep it manual .. should he use the ecu for that f22 since its a manual ecu or is he gonna have to buy a manual ecu for the h23a1 becuase he has a auto ecu for that?? any input is appriciated thnx

pretty much plug and play, iirc you need to run new wires for the knock sensor. Tranny will bolt up fine. Here is a helpful link for your ECU Issue
