Default HFP + Progress rear bar?

I have an EX sedan w/progress rear bar, I want to get the HFP springs and shocks. When I install the new kit, should I keep the bar or put the stock one back on? Or in other words, for street driving which will work better, the stock bar or the Pro-bar?

If you already have it might as well keep it...

Do work? I don't get it.

People on this site constantly promote the HFP because "Honda" picked the perfect spring rates. They are so specific, there is one for auto and another one for manuals. I figured that if it was that specific, Honda problably tuned it with the stock bar and my bigger rear bar would upset the balance.

Also, this is for street and never to raced at a track.

I have both of these on my ex, but with my driving style, I can't tell the difference between stock spring and HFP, and stock bar with progress bar. I bet for the street driving your stock bar is more than enough. The pro-bar is pretty much the same as stock unless you corner with highspeed. There are not a lot of nice flat corners around here, so I never get to try it out.

I think I'll try it with the stock bar and hang on to the Pro-bar for a while, just in case.

Thanks
