searched, found a lot of jdm information, but i am replacing my front radiator support on my teg. How much bs am i looking at, anyone got any write ups or pictures on this? How many spot welds am i looking at, and what should i use to reweld it. Id take it in, but shops quoted me at 450$ to do so, i'd ratehr take a saturday and pay myself 400 bucks. Any help would be awesome.

probably take you a good 8-10 hours.. lots of spot welds. should be pretty easy as long as you have a spot weld driller

 

good news...i guess im going to ace hardware and finding a spot weld driller. anyone have any other suggestions

 

just drill out the old ones and make sure you spot weld on the new support as many as you drilled out.
