ok so i put on the front tires on my ls crx. we shifted the car into nuetral and the car would not move...we checked to see if the car was in nuetral and it was..i am thinking that the brakes locked up? What do you guys think..need to move it out of the garage...please help

 

definitely. i had a car sit for awhile and the drums were practically rusted solid. i had to take the tires off, use a long bar between the studs and beat it with a big hammer to loosen it all up. think i had to take the brakes apart when it happened a second time.

oh check your e-brake cables too...sometimes they get stuck
