Default funny noise?

i changed my wheels today and later on tonight my front passanger side front end started making a strange noise. t sounds like a ticking type of noise almost like the brakes are dragging but i can push the brakes and the noise is still there. the noise doesnt go off of the rpms only off of the speed. it makes it when the clutch is in or out, in gear or neutral. also one time right before it started making the noise i went to backout of a parking spot and it felt like something was dragging really bad. any suggestions would be great. 94 hatch w/gsr

lug nuts on tight enough? sounds like a pad dragging on the rotor or a loose rotor... how does your axle/axle nut look?

sounds like something is loose to me, have you done any repairs or work to your brakes or tires? is it the front tires, one tire, all tires???
