random misfire codes...help!

Default random misfire codes...help!
just finnished a jdm h22a swap into a 5th gen and now im getting random misfire codes from cyl 2 3 and 4 and the check engine light appeared right after hittin vtec

same kinda problem, but a little bit different for me.
my cel stays on the whole time, but once i hit vtec it'll start blinking and stay blinking until i turn the car off
