Default Need help deciding on a new clutch set up. LS turbo

Ok I have a 98 integra with a LS Turbo, 8-10 psi, It just dynoed at 215WHP and 197 Torque at the wheels. I currently have an Ironman clutch in it and absolutely hate it. It is very hard to drive on the street without shaking the hell out of everyone in the car. I would like to get something that drives more closely to stock. I will probably never race it at the track. I just like to have some fun with it on the road from time to time. This is my everyday driver and I don't plan on modifying it anymore than it already is. I don't know that stock will fair so well with the 215 wheel horsepower so What are my choices and also should I just resurface my 12 lb flywheel or should I get a lightened one and what if any advantage will that be to me.
Thanks
