i`m buying some new cams for my car(plus cam gears and springs and retainers). I want the best bang for my buck.

a few of my buddies have suggested i get some type r cams and they'll give me like 15hp at least.
OR
go with somthing off the market like skunk2 or toga or somthing like that. And how much hp and tourque will it give me? and how much $ roughly

i have basic street mods....2 1/2 exhaust and air intake
(internals are stock)
Can you guys help me out

It all depends on your goals, wallet. As for HP/TQ put it on a dyno and you will know exactly what you have. There is no way to accuratly guess your hp/tq.

How much are you looking to spend? What kind of numbers do you want? What are your future goals? turbo, stay na? we need more info

i wanna keep it all motor. My goal in the long run is to have a 250 hp all motor gsr
i`d spend 800 bucks maybe a bit more for cams. Need those rpms
but with stock internals for now it`ll most likely have to be a stage 1 or somthing

hp or whp? You know you'll have to upgrade your bottom end if you want to run a crazy cam set up right

I would say bare minmum is skunk2 stage2 cams. If you want that kind of power no point in getting ITR cams just to swap them out later. with sk2 st2 your going to want to upgrade pistons to up the comp. to compliment the cams or else you will be disapointed. You can always go with more aggrasive cams, but that is up to you as to how much you want to spend. However if you go with some Jun 3's you will need to go with a stronger valve train.

What is your budget? Is this is a daily driver? Are you going to be able to get the car tuned afterwards?

obviously i`ll have to build up the bottom end. I just want some more agressive cams for now. Somthing that`ll give me a little more pull for this summer.

well personally I wouldn't get the cams if your not going to do the pistons at the same time. You wont be happy with the low comp. and more aggrassive cams
