They are professionally powder coated flat black. NOT cheap spay painted! The price I am selling for is a little over what I paid to get them powdercoated ALONE!!! Why buy regular HX wheels when you can have them in Time Attack flat black(minus the red lip) for cheap. Only trades I am looking for are forged 14" or 15" rims less than 10lbs in bolt pattern of 4 x 100 with aN offset for a 1990 - 1991 honda civic si.
I AM NOT LOOKING FOR ANYTHING ELSE.

Non powder coated Hx rims go for 200-250$ let alone ones that are !

I thought these would go fast!!! Lots of emails but nobody follows through.
You're right plain HX wheels go for about anywhere $200-300 depending on condition. These are in excellent condition and are powder coated NOT cheap spay in the can. I believe my asking price if fair
