Default Honda civic not centralising fully. 1.6 SE, imagine, 03.

I’m looking to purchase a Honda civic 2003. I have test driven the vehicle but when I turn a corner the car self centralises to around the 2Oclock position when turning right or the 10 o’clock position when turning left, then I have to finish straightening it myself. The steering is not stiff or anything. Drives really nice other than this.
Is this common for the Hondas with EPS?

It has 15,000 miles and is like new with one owner.

I thought it was was a safty feature of all vehicles. Can anyone help Thanks.

It's just when driving in general.
For instance i drive up the road at 30mph and pull out to one side to pass a parked car, the car would not straighten up on its own if i let go of the steering wheel. I know i would get used to it and is still really easy to drive but i dont want to buy it if its going to cost me in the future.
I just want to know if its normal for a 03 civic to be like this or wether there is an underlining problem.

But when i turn a corner it does return as you would expect but not to being straight.

Thanks

Sorry i know its confusing. Im looking to buy the car today though. If you or anyone has anyone has a honda civic 03.
I just want to know if while driving and turning, does the steering centralise fully or does it need assistance for the last 1/8th of a turn to straighten it up???
