Valve SEAL A and SEAL B which is for WHAT SIDE?!

Valve SEAL A and SEAL B which is for WHAT SIDE?!
I'm replacing my Valve seals for my H22A4. There are Seal A and Seal B. anyone know which is for the intake and which is for the exhaust side? thanks!
