Default integra wheel bearing issue, new bearing is too small

i have a 97 integra rs at the shop getting some new wheel bearings, turns out that no wheel bearing we order from anywhere fits. everyone for any civic/teg is too small, prelude/accord bearings are way too big.

the OD of hte bearing we pressed out is 79.10mm, the parts acura gives us are 78mm. .... we have no idea wtf is going on here and need to get this car out of here.

has anyone seen anything like this or have any idea why nothing fits.......

I don't know where you're getting parts from, but all of the wheel bearings I have for '94-01 Integra are 79mm, not 78 . . .

'94-01 Integra uses the same front wheel bearing as a '92-00 Civic EX (part no. 44300-S04-A02) and all '01-05 Civics (part no. 44300-S5A-008), so you may want to try at Honda instead of Acura.

92-95 civics have two different wheel bearings. an abs, and non-abs bearing. if you go to your local parts store, im sure they can get you the bearing you need.
ive ran into this issue before. and i think your rs is no abs, am i right?

The S04 and S5A parts are identical. If they won't work in the knuckle, then I don't know what to tell you. The Honda parts catalog lists 44300-S5A-008 as the correct part for a '97 Integra RS.
