on occasion..

i will go to start my car mostly after its sat a while..

and i get one single click no start
i will repeat this several times and the car does nothing
judging by the volt meter battery is taking a charge and holding it fine it appears the car is getting juice...
then it will just eventually start
car runs fine
appears to happen less through the day

Check whether the ground wire located on the thermostat housing is loose or corroded. Do the same for the battery and starter wires.
