I replied to your one post about tuning. I can help you out if you want in regards to it. You have a 1995 car so I don't think you would have any real problems. Assuming your cams aren't TOO big (which your should not be) then you should be able to pass without issue.

i have mostly all bolt ons. just need my ecu tuned so my camshaft can go to work..hahaha right now seconds gears is kinda laggin a lil .i shift at 8rpm in 1st then it drops all the way back to 5800rpm.
Well technically it's not smog legal in CA no matter what you do. But if you can sneak it by and you just want to pass the sniffer, this is what you do.
Kind of helps if you already failed smog and you can give us the results. But basically the smog test is a two speed test. 15mph and 25mph. Have someone drive your car while you tune it with the laptop. They have to hold 15mph and approx 2000 RPM. Then you will know what load/RPM cell you're working on. Adjust fuel until you're at 14.7. Adjust it on the neighboring cells as well. Drive uphill, or drive flat with your foot on the brake to get into the higher load cell. Lower load cell is difficult at this speed because any less throttle and you're in the DFCO.
Repeat for 25mph.
If you fail on NOx, pull back your timing. You can also run a little bit richer. It's safe to run 14.5 and still pass HC's easily.
If you fail on HC's, then you're not burning the fuel. Advance the timing and do maintenance on your ignition components.
