Default F23 head F22A bottom.

Not sure if I should post this in our section or the accords section.

Tried researching, didn't really find any info on this.

I can get my hands on an F23 head with everything included for the installation for 75 bucks. Supposedly the head has less than 40,000 miles.
included:
distributor, Vtec Parts, Valve Cover, Fuel Rail, intake manifold.
The guy says it's a direct bolt on installation on a F22 prelude.

Aren't F23 Vtec's obd2? I have a 1994 Prelude S , obd1 with 104,000 miles. Drives great, baby it and don't want to mess up with DD clean lude with this, but the added maybe 15 hp seems worth it at the price of the parts.

How "easy" is it, and is it really a bolt on and will I need tunning afterwards?
