Need some help...not sure if its a serious problem...

The screw for my throttle body is gone! Im guessing it got loose when i was trying to open the throttle a bit. Now everytime i turn off my car it makes this hissing noise. Is this bad?

No that effects idle, if you dont have a high idle your fine.
