fuel system takes a turn for the worst.
my b16 is have been acting funny (stumbles) well it finally died when cruzing down the road today. I checked my fuel pressure gauge (located at the fuel filter) and its reading NO fuel pressure. Well I dropped the tank and replace the fuel pump with a brand new Walbro 255 and its still reading NO fuel pressure, i know i hooked it up right because i can here that bad boy priming lol. WTF im soooo lost. Someone please help me.

x2 i would say check the fuel filter.

dont always trust the fuel press guage. they are cheap and eventually fail
1. see if the pump is generating pressure. to do this, disconnect the fuel line at the fuel filter and prime is for a moment too see if there is any fuel pressure. it will be easy to see if there is
. If it flows like a garden hose, you know the pump isnt the problem
2. if no or little pressure/flow is achieved check the pump's electrical circuts. Check all fuses, check engine grounds. Check to see if the pump always receives power or if it gets power to prime, but then dies. Is it getting a full 12V? etc, etc.
It could be possible that the soldering in the main relay needs to be repaired?
best of luck, the FAQ is going to be your friend

disconect the fuel lines from the tank and disconect the inlet for the filter and the return.next take a air line and blow high though them to make sure there clean.u could have some rust from the bottom of your tank cuaght in the line.
