Default need help...94 lude h22a

i need help concerning the problem---engine swap....after engine swap...timing tensioner broke----timing went off....shop took care of it....but after timing has been replace..new belt..timing tensioner....

the problem is----after timing was done----i doubt that the problem occur after the shop did the timing----aniwaise....then engine seems to bogged----like when i go into 1st gear...seems like its going to die...unless i floor the gas pedal bout 3/4 way in to get in some gas...i gotta step into the gas pedal everytime after i shift..to any gear-----after that 1-2 seconds of bogging---or lagging----goes back to normal---

CEL-

09--CYP sensor
21- vtec solenoid valve

i dont think those 2 codes have anything to do with that bog----but anything goes----help please..thanks
