95 civic h22 swap ELD problem
hey my buddie just recently installed an h22 in his civic , the car starts great but the engine light comes on with eld , the car is chargin 16-17 volts we cannot find what wrong !! maybe a bad ecu or faulty wiring ? anybody with any ideal what it could be ? we tryed the new fuse box but no go !
