Hi everyone I have a b16 head on my 94 integra and I was wondering which cams would b better for a na car

Skunk 2 stage 1 cams
Or
Integra type r cams

have you looked at the specs for the cams? usually the higher duration and lift the better but depends on what you want to do

Ok im almost positive the stage 1 cams have the higher duration and lift and im planning on keeping it na so ur saying that the higher duration and lift the better for naturally aspirated cars?
