Help connecting EG fog lights

Help connecting EG fog lights
I have a 94 hatch CX with some ebay fog lights.
Search and found:

My problem is that I can't locate the 1-pin connector blue-taped to the car's wire harness behind the fuse box like it saids. This is where I am stump at.
Where would the I find the 1-pin connector by the fuse box?

your gonna find that the ebay switch sucks. it happened to me. The plug into the switch will fall out. If i was u i would just run the wire to the corner lense bulb so when u have the corner lense bulbs turned on the fog lights will be on also.I looked on passwordjdm and noticed all of the fog light switches are on back order i think mostly due to ebay fogs. Did u get the covers to line up with ur bumper correctly also? Mine never fit right i took mine out due to intercooler piping.
