Here's what I did for my swap. It came with the PS hose still attached to it and was cut off at the hose. I just went to the local Auto store and bought a 1/2" brass compression union for 6 bucks and I was done. Here's a quick write up on how to do it.

How to Adapt your existing Power Steering hose to the Pump with your GSR Swap

The tools you’ll need will be a Tubing Cutter and a Barrel Reamer or something rigid to ream sharp edges after you cut tubes. That, plus when you cut the tube it will make the Inside Diameter of the tube smaller, so the reamer will open it back up to the original size. In the picture is a barrel reamer (red), but anything that will take off the sharp edges of the cut tube will work (i.e. screwdriver). Be sure that when your cutting off your old hard tubes to leave as much of the straight tube as possible because you won’t get a good seal if the un-tightened union sits on a bend.

if your car never came with powersteering then you wouldn't be able to just do what you want....add a hose and a pump...you must have powersteering in order to have powersteering...if you already have powersteering then pdiggitydogg has your solution...click his link and read up...
