Default 3d gear problem 92 Prelude S

I posted over in accord forum as well due to the engine code to see if that would help.
I have a manual 92 prelude with f22a. Problem happens in 3d gear at 4k to 5k rpm's. It does not happen in any other gear at said RPMs. But it feels like I am hitting a rev limiter so I let off the gas and slowly get back up to said RPM range and wait about 30 to 40 seconds in RPM range and it does it again. I have tested every single gear except first for this problem. I have made sure fuel pressure is correct and 2x spark plug gaps. used timming light and verified that was on point. The only thing that has ever happened involving 3d gear was when it would not go in that gear. that was fixed said 15k miles ago. No CEL's, oil is clean and pressure is good. 2ooo miles on the fuel filter. I have not checked fuel injectors. Other then that I do not know what to test. .....

I have a similar problem to this in my H23vtec when it does it in second gear sometimes. It has an M2L5 tranny though.

Well talk about some crazy $hit. I was pulling the wires off to see if anything was wrong with them and i noticed white crap all in one of the boots that connects onto the dizzy. I mean there was a lot of junk in there and I dont know how I missed it or what it is...I think a bird droppped a strategic attack in there and tried to murder my engine. Cleaned it out an everything was good

PremiumPrelude..check for bird **** in your wires...
