I have a 96 integra gsr. I took out my head today and also took out my valve spring cause gonna put stage 1 jg cam. What brand of valve spring is best for my stage 1 cam and don't forget might upgrage cam to stage 2 or 3 later?

 

i would say get crower springs and retainers they are like 314 for each on their website now, i had them on a b18b1 head and they were awesome.

 

skunk2 is pretty good too..
