Default Invidia Test Pipe

Im running stock 2 1/2 piping and recently bought an Invidia test pipe

for some reason flanges dont line up
tried rotatin it around and tried every single way possible but it did not want to bolt up correctly

knowing that invidia is made by RS*R too this is weird

manufacturer defect?

any opinions/ suggestions?

95 LS stock piping definitely isn't 2.5", more like 2", ITR is only 2.25". Is it both flanges that don't fit? There is a 2 bolt in the front and a 3 bolt in the rear of the test pipe and the coresponding exhaust pipes, correct? Is it the length that is different?

thats correct pact man. i just did my invidia test pipe yesterday in fact on my 97 ls, and the size is 2 5/8 for the test pipe. i'm not 100% sure but you may need an after market exhaust of at least 2.25 inches or it won't bolt up. also why would you install a test pipe if your going from a 2.5 inch collector from your header to a 2 inch catback, there would be little to no results of increase in power. hope this helps and good luck with your exhaust!
