Default 86' Teg has no pressure in clutch

Ok, i just found out on here that the 1986-1989 integra's have a clutch cable, not hydrolic. I'm getting a 86 teg next week for 200, not in the best of condition but it runs fine, just no pressure in the clutch to go into gear is what the guy told me. What are my options on why it has no pressure? Even if its cable, could it still be the master or slave cylinder? I tried to get on G1teg.org but the administrator hasn't activated my account yet. Thanks in advanced for the help, much appreciated.

cause on my DA its cable and i dont really feel the pedal give way before i change gear but it works fine.

Well the guy that im buying the teg from said he replaced the clutch and flywheel and pressure plate. But i was told by a few teg owners that the clutch release bearing could be bad or the fork of release lever could be cracked. he said that anything will press the cutch pedal to the floor and it will just stay there

Well with a little bit of research done, i have narrowed it down to: release fork, clutch cable, or i need a new clutch kit(release bearing or spring might be [freak]ed)

but the clutch is cable, not hydrolic.. so it doesnt need the master cylinder..
