i have a 91 civic dx 5 speed that has a idle problem. i already change the control idle valve already and still ilde. any suggestion on how to stop the ilde? thanks abunch

 

Try cleaning the throtle body with some spay. It may be gummed up..

 

i already try that and it still idles. there is a screw that you play with. when i adjust it to low it will idle but when i adjust to high the idle will stop but then it sounds like its reving to high, higher then normal
