Thanks but I was asking an estimate lol and I know it's 8.73423409 PSI would it be better if I rounded it off to 9 psi for you?

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by dont_tri &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Thanks but I was asking an estimate lol and I know it's 8.73423409 PSI would it be better if I rounded it off to 9 psi for you? </TD></TR></TABLE>

1 bar = 14.5038psi, so .6 bar would actually be 8.702psi

still, no e-dynos!

It depends on a number of factors including fuel grade, timing and the choice of dyno. When you tune, let us know what you make, but there's no way for us to really guess at a number. I'll guess somewhere in the 280whp range depending on all those above factors and your manifold choice...

Thanks I will keep a updated post on the numbers. fuel grade of course will be 94 octane and the manifold is a log ac/ps friendly for now might upgrade if it hinders my numbers.

You'll have faster spool and a little more low end power with the log, but the top end will be lower than if you had a true collector on your manifold. It will give you a more linnear powerband which is perfect for the street

So that would be a ram style turbo manifold.

a ramhorn, shorty or topmount would have the same style radial collector...

I was just kinda kidding around. Do a little research, you'll see that there are a few cars ou there making over 600whp on log manifolds. Log manifolds are not quite as efficent but they will get the job done, for a lot cheaper in most situations as well.

im gonna be running the spa cast topmount. from what i hear they flow as good as a ramhorn and have been working out well for people. id check them out if your looking for a cheaper cast manifold that still performs well

I always thought 1bar= 14.7psi, I have a 1/2 bar spring wich is 7.35psi, so I'm pretty shure 1bar is 14.7psi...

That's very true...i learn something new on a weekly basis and i've been at the turbo game for quite some time. I hate to admit it, but i'm finally learning how to build an LS/VTEC. You'd think that since i'm the moderator on both the Civic and Integra Forums, i'd know how, but no sir.

They rounded. I gave you the longer version of the same thing. If you round the .50774 to .508, we get the same answer. Its junior high math all over again

a lot of people think that 1 bar is 14.7 psi. I can see how people get confused, because it is stoich ratio.

Yup

1 ATM =14.7...
1 bar is 14.5

On a seperate note, the SPA will not flow as well as a properly built tubular... it has no real merge collector either.....
