I have a CTR wing from VIS for my EG .... I wanted something different...

I personally like the JDM SirII wing. That CTR wing in the second pic looks hideous in my opinion.

I never knew people would be as crazy to put one on till I was getting gas and saw a white eg with a HUGE EK duckbill.

I'd pick neither. IMO.

 

The first wing is a bomex i believe

 

stick with what you got.

 

I'm not really feeling either of them. The CTR spoiler belongs on an EK and the other one belongs on a car like the one in the picture.

Precisely. Stick with the duckbill.

 

Nah the first one is nice, just because an item isn't OEM doesn't mean it can't look clean. The first one looks clean and respectable. It's definitely not ricey. In the end man do what you think looks good on your car. At the end of the day you have to drive it so you have to be happy with it. Good luck with the decision.

 

Some of you might not like but I like BYS or you could get a Spoon Duckbill!

your first sentence may hold some weight if you can find me something to back that up. The first one in the pic is better then the one below it. that CTR wing is a failed attempt. CTR wing should be on a CTR. i doubt he would pay for the BYS wing for some reason....

 

funny thing is I've had the spoon duck bill before and didnt like how it sat... it was flush and there was a huge gap between the wing and the roof ... Unlike the ctr wing on the car now theres only like an 1/8th of an inch gap...

it didnt matter when I got vis, nrg, or seibon the freaking spoon duck bill had an ugly gap that I didnt like... wasnt clean... I hate having to spend nearly $1000 bucks just to figure no matter what theres going to be a gap...

I just recently accquire this eg and it came with the ctr wing and it has the closes fitment I've seen ...

Yep its Bomex... I used to have it and its fits great. Its a nice alternative to a duckbill which you see everywhere

the first car pulls off the larger wing only because it has an even bigger rear bumper.

 

try to find henshinauto they are the ones that built the first car..

 

I usually like kits but that one is pretty hideous. Spoiler, don't hate it, don't like it.

Authentic spoon wing looks nice on 92-95 hatches, replica's don't flare as much as actual spoon wing *shrugs*
