dang my stock battery died in like 2 years.. maybe my stereo system had something to do w/ it... yours is a 98 and now its 2002.. 4 yrs.. not bad... can't you go to the auto part store and have them check out your battery and charing system and have it load tested for free or something?

Optima batteries are REALLY good... but very expensive.

I don't believe they make one that will fit in the stock location, at least not the last time I checked. I had an Optima mounted in the trunk of my old Camry, and I would have used it in my Integra, but I didn't want to mess with the hassle of moving it to the back.

honda uses interstate now....thats what my shop uses on all the motorcycles and seadoo's, they arent too bad, my highly priced acura dealership quoted me 65 for a new one....not bad if you ask me for an 'OEM' battery, mine is shot, i tried to add some water to it and see if i can get it to last next week when my buddy gets back from vacation so i can get the hook up at the honda dealership
