Default when do you guy change rear diff and tranny fluid?

hi, i just bought my dream car last thursday, it a 00 GPW with 45k mile on it .
on the windshield said next service at dealer is 50k and i believe it for oil change.
so after how many thousands miles you guy change your rear diff and tranny fluid?

every 2 to 3 oil change(3k and every 3k for me)

if you dont have the service record uptodate with the car...i would go ahead and change it when you do your next oil change...

no its not. Just preference. Ever since Spoon pres (ichi - his name escapes me right now) recommended to change it every oil change i do it. His reasoning was that the tranny is just like your engine. well minus the air coming in with dirt and what not. But hell an extra little change to add peace of mind doesnt hurt.

i was planing on every 15k for the diff. and trans. fluids. I believe the service manual intervals is like every 30k or so. I did mine the day after i bought my used ap1 and i used Honda fluids. i plan on changing to Redline and maybe use the GM synchromesh(?) addative for the trans.
