What's wrong with it is it not getting power, or is it knocking or are you losing power during high revs.

My Car is not knocking or leaking oil, idles good just when i go to punch it, it putters and spits

MAP sensor plugged in? Sparkplugs all good? Running the right ECU?

 

Do you have a CEL? if so, Check the codes, if not, Check the timing. (and as mentioned, be sure you have the right ECU first.
