Default Is my p28-a02 chipped or virgen

i just bougth this p28 on ebay and i couldnt start my car. i get spark and fuel but the car wont turn on. so i opened the ecu and i dnt know if its chipped and the ecu smelled like burnt

looks to be chipped to me... may need to burn new basemap to chip.. i.e crome,ectune etc.. hope this helps..

ECU smelling burned is not a good sign. Open up the other side of the ecu (take off the back cover) and look for burned/blackened spots. To me, they seem easier to spot from the backside.

no its not.post up a pic of Q31 and see if that part is blowen!
