Default can I run 225 tires?

2000 Civic Si, a good 2" drop, Rota Slipstream 40 offset 7.5 wide rims, can I use 225/45/15 RA-1 tires without any concerns for rubbing!!

Hrm hard to say. I ran 225/45x15" Hoosiers A4s on 15x7" rims with 5mm spacers on my 00 Civic Si. Without the spacers the tires would rub on the inner fenders and on the springs actually (from memory).
