I am putting a F22b DOHC jdm in my 94 accord..

There is no where that I can see to connect the trans cable to the throttle body!
The throttle body only has a place for the fuel cable. is something missing?

Any ideas??

I assume you mean there is a place for the throttle cable but not for the cruise control cable?

The F22B DOHC is probably like the H22A which the cruise control cable isn't designed to connect to the throttle body. Not sure what others have done or anything but you could try having the stock TB bored out by maxbore.com and have the plenum matched, then you would have somewhere to connect the cruise control cable too. Just a thought...

 

THE cable I am referring to is the trans cable to the throttle body cable (guess it might be called a passing gear cable also) There is only a place for the throttle cable. I got both the engine and trans at the same time so there has to be a way to connect it.


but yea i wasn't thinking about the cruise cable either!!

I am putting a DOHC F22b engine in my 94 accord...
There is a cable that connects to the front of the transmission that has an adjustment on it, the other end connects to the throttle body where the throttle cable connects. I need to know if any one has an idea of how to connect it.. On the throttle body side there is only a place to connect the throttle cable, unlike the f22b sohc where there is a place to connect it...
does any one have an idea on how to connect the cable so that it will operate the transmission correctly when it is needed,..

OK,,, never mind I got it,,, I simply switched the throttle bodies.. prob solved
