your alternator is hooked back up? make sure everything you disconnected is plugged back in and good.

Don't know, but is there a chance you might have shorted the battery?

I had the same thing happen to me. I was fooling around under the hood with some of the wires that run off the battery (Ironic, I was installing a battery maintainer connection). When I finished I went to start the car. I had no Power and a Red blinking light on the dash. In my case, the battery was dead, somehow I shorted it out when I screwing with the wires. If you have the stock battery, check the window on the battery. If it is Black, you need a new battery.

In my case, I replaced the battery and was good to go. No problems since.
