Default Not trying to go crazy but....

I'm getting another hatch Thursday and doing a full over haul on it. I want get a good set of wires and spark plugs for it. I'm doing a swap in it at the end of the year and will get a set of performance wires and plugs then.So i'm not going nuts with this engine, but I don't mind getting some thing decient for it. I was thinking of NGK wires and spark plugs any other suggestions? Which wires and which type spark plugs?

well heres the deal.yes ngk for plugs.for wires as i had stockies, accel msd and i now i have a sett of nologys.i dont give a **** what people say but the nologys were the best of all. it did smooth out the idle and changed the midrange.yes it did.as i have tried them all.if some one says they dont make a difference they never had nologys before.

my 2 cents!

Yeah... I have a set of Magnecore wires and they pop out all the time Ive heard of this happening with Magnecore wires period, so I wouldnt recommend them. NGK plugs all the way though

I had Accels and didn't like them at all. The termial in the boot keeped falling out when I would remove them from the spark plugs. I now have MSD's and I would recomend them as well as NGK/Stock's. I am sure there are other brands that are just as good but stay away from accel's + of course off brand ones too (ie pepboys, advanced)

Nology's? Can I get em at Pepboys? My car's idle has been inconsistent and noticed that the magnecor wires that my bro gave me always pop out. Could this be one of the reasons? I even replaced my mugen chipped ecu for stock ones so I can pass the referree/smog check...
