Are Skunk2 pro1 good for a turbo set up on a B16 engine ?

Default Are Skunk2 pro1 good for a turbo set up on a B16 engine ?

Does any one had expirence of Skunk2 pro1 cams on a turbo set up on a B16 engine ? boost will be in the range of 15-20 psi

from my experience...the pro1's seem to pick up a good amount of mid range on a lower horsepower car, and hold the power for a bit higher of rpm.........havnt really seen huge overall gains until it was on a car with a bigger turbo, running high boost, and making a lot of power.

over all i really like the cams, but dont normally suggest them until its a car making a decent amount of power.

pro1's dont work well in NA b16's... so no they wont work very good. the engine is too small

My setup it should be a good one good lowerd comp pistons, rods, sleeved, arp bolts, ive installeb a block gridle in a B16 ferrea valve train, turbo T3/4, big intercooler, a bigger throttle body plus many other things. So it sgould not be a bad setup
