i just finished installing a jdm 5lug on my 99' integra. since the car was still jacked up, i decided to start the car and put it into gear and step on the gas a little bit to see if the rotors spin freely or not. the driver side spins good, but the passenger side suspension SHAKES while i step on the gas a little bit. the rotors will spin but it shakes the passenger side suspension a lot. i thought it was because the rotors were old or the pads were old also. so i took off the brake pads and it is still shaking. both axles are in the tranny correctly. but i don't know why the passenger side suspension is shaking once i step on the gas to let the rotors spin...
What all did you replace?

Did you check that the tires are balanced and that your alignment is ok?

The axle seems likely.... But did you ever have any shaking problems before the 5 lug? Or wait... Did you get the bigger axles with the 5 lug too? If you got different axles when you did the conversion that were used then this might be it, but if not then I would suggest something else because I don't think you're going to bust an axle while doing a suspension part swap lol.
If you're still using the same assumably good axle, I would suggest checking all of the nuts and bolts. For instance, check that the bolt is tight that locks the shock into the wishbone thing that holds onto the lower a-arm, as well as all of the other bolts torqued down properly.
Also, maybe since you don't have any weight on there a screwy wheel bearing could cause drag and make the unit shake around a bit. Put the wheel on the car and drive around to see if it makes any strange noises.
What kind of shocks/springs are you using? If the shock travel is much longer than the springs and your shock is going bad or the rebound rate is set extremely low, it might cause your suspension to "bounce."
Just shooting from the hip but this kind of exhausts all of my ideas lol. Good luck!
