timing belt shaking

i just notice today on my timing belt that the left side (the closest one to me when i pop the hood) is shaking. is that belt? my friend says that its suppose to be tight on. is it okay or fix it?

Just tighten it up. If it slips it could mess up the belt or your engine.

yah its flapping. how can i tighten it up? it started after i put some cam gears in. did the belt stretch?

Use the tensioner to tighten it up

I'm not sure, but it should definitely be taken care of ASAP. Interference engine....
