Default 1990 Accord Problem

My 1990 honda accord that is standard will not start, it won't even crank. the battery is good also the starter is fine, the headlights, dome lights and tail lights work fine, but the signal lights, and wipers don't work, and when i turn the ignition on none of the dash lights work, and i dont hear the fuel pump working. what could be the problem?

Sounds like your ignition switch/circuit. Turning the key to start should send a 12v signal to the starter. Check if it's doing that.
