Thoughts on H&R Race Springs???
What is the general opinion on these springs?
I'm looking at getting a GSR Integra. I wanna do a good suspension setup on it.
I was thinking about these springs (they are used widely in the Ford and Fbody world) with a set of Koni Yellows. Honestly I'd like to stay away from coilovers, I hate having to set ride height. I'd rather just stick to a spring and go.
Thanks guys.

They're a fine product for certain applications.
What exactly are you trying to achieve here? "I wanna do a good suspension setup on it" is rather vague.

I dont track nor do I autocross..But I do some aggressive street driving (i live in the mountains with some nasty curvy roads)
How would these compare to a set of Ground Control's?

Ride might be slightly better with the H&R's as I believe they are a progressive rate spring.
I would go with either an OTS set of the Ground Control's or even a bit higher spring rate all around. Perhaps something along the lines of 400F/400R matched to the Koni's. Should get the car to rotate a little better than the H&R's and the OTS GC's while keeping a good ride.
Don't really see how setting the ride height would bug you with a coilover setup, it takes me about 15 minutes for all four corners with my Koni/GC setup. It's always nice to know that you can change it if you want. To each his own though.

I don't mind it, but its a pain in the *** to make perfect
I had thought about a set of 430f/380r GC's
I also plan on using a ASR Subframe brace and 24mm rear sway bar, and Mfactory LCAs

i used to run the h and r race with kyb agx struts. i thought they were very good for street driving, but they were pretty low and i had some rough rear camber wear
