Default New parts don't fit my B16 ..so.. what car is my engine from?

I am so sorry in advance because this is one of the most amature questions I have ever asked on here.. But I have a B16a swaped into my 91 dx and I dont know what car my engine is from.. the guy I bought it from said it was out of an 89 CRX (from japan) but when I ordered parts for it recently ( valve-cover gasket, t-belt, t-belt tensioner, thermostat / gasket, water pump / belt, cam seals, and spark plugs) I said they were for an 89 CRX 1.6L DOHC w/ VTEC, but when I got them, they were the wrong parts. I did Search but nothing turned up..

Any and all help is appreciated..

and feel free to bitch me out at will...

thanks in advance

Well...the problem in the way you ordered them is that in the US there is no 89 Honda CRX DOHC with VTEC and since it is a swap, depending on what you are looking for you need to buy the parts from different cars. I believe that for all the parts you mentioned you can get them off of the del sol with DOHC VTEC but you should make sure since I barely did my swap last week and with a 99 Civic Si engine so am not 100% sure it will work on your engine! Let me know if that doesnt make sense.
