Default Benefit of a traction bar

Has anybody recorded a run without a traction bar and a run with a traction bar on? just looking to see if it is worth spending the money for the full-race pro street bar.

i didnt gain anything from it. if you had bad wheel hop i would think it would help but if you didnt i couldnt recommend it.

I didn't really notice a difference in either of the two cars that got them.

My Integra on street tires still wheel hops, and the Civic on slicks still netted the same 60ft times as before.

I run one on my CRX and its transformed the handling on the track (circuit) compared to the standard unit with up rated bushes.
The turn in was the first thing I noticed, also high speed stability improved 10 fold.
On the ¼, other than almost eliminating wheel hop my 60 ft times haven’t aggressively changed, seem a little more consistent if anything.

i have 16's on my eg with a traction bar
but if i crank my wheel all the way to one side it scrapes it meaning my turning radius sucks the nutter
should i buy spacers or just remove the bar itself?

whoever designed your bar did not use proper suspension geometry
