Just to let you know, tony1 @ t1 race development has some new block fittings with a -10an that screw right into the b-series honda blocks, they are kick ***.. You just take out your hex plugs and screw them in..

The bad news about the fittings on the back of the block is that the passages aren't perfectly aligned, and if you have enough pressure or oil flow, it'll end up just filling up your catch can and spilling out all over the engine bay. I used to have my motor plumbed up with similar fittings, but after removing both of them and plumbing it into the valve cover (front), I have had zero issues with oil in the catch can. BTW, the can would fill up after about 10 minutes on track.
