just bought it today.....help me out h-t ( small dealership).....

 

find out if your state has a lemon law. if no you are probably screwed unless you can convince the dealership to fix some stuff or you could contact the local better business bureau... next time have a real mechanic check it out or at least somebody thats driven a car before. its usually pretty easy to tell when stuff is broken- especially the tranny.

Not nessiarily it varies from state to state.
